Telesales Executive

Location- Leicester

Job Type Part Time

Salary- £13-£15.00 per hour, plus commission, plus bonus

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Telesales Executive to join our friendly, family run haulage company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for sales and be highly driven to achieve targets whilst driving revenue growth.

As a Telesales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by generating new business through proactive outbound calls to potential businesses, promoting our services and securing new customers. You will identify, qualify, and target new customers, building a robust pipeline of potential leads, and contribute to our lead generation strategies and customer engagement initiatives. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients and play a key role in expanding our customer base and strengthening our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Make initial contact to identify and prospect potential customers to generate and qualify leads, nurturing initial communication to create sales opportunities.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building a rapport to encourage sales.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target potential industries.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and refine outreach strategies, optimising lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress.
  • Analyse customer responses and feedback to tailor conversations and improve sales effectiveness.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 2 years previous sales experience preferred, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging personality.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and possess a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Experience with face-to-face, social media, and e-marketing is desired, though not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Schedule:

  • Flexible working hours and days to suit (Monday to Friday)
